HealthCareWorkers4Palestine are a group of diverse healthcare professionals committed to supporting the preservation of human rights and provision of healthcare to civilians in Gaza and Palestine.
As a community, we aim to create awareness about the human right violations of civilians and healthcare workers, and to find ways of supporting the provision of basic needs to civilians at a time when destruction and disease are rife.
We are collaborating with Africa Muslims Agency (AMA) to collectively crowdfund as a group to sponsor a humanitarian aid convoy to provide food, water, shelter and medical supplies to the millions in need in Gaza. The cost of this convoy is R825 000. Our collective funds will be pledged on a televised event of 9 December 2023 on DSTV Channel 347 at 7pm CAT.
The ongoing conflict has resulted in hundreds of thousands of people being displaced. AMA teams are on the ground in Gaza.
The #HealPalestine campaign provides Emergency food, Water, Medical assistance, Baby Formula, dignity kits and many other emergency essentials to families.
And when we fulfill seemingly simple wishes, such as those for food or water, we are, in reality, fulfilling much bigger wishes… for health, education, a happy family and a safe childhood.
